Greenberg Traurig Elevates 8 Atlanta Office Attorneys

ATLANTA – Feb. 16, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP elevated seven attorneys to shareholder in its Atlanta office: Brandon D. Cox, Jordan S. Lewis, John J. Loncto, Allison Ng, Bethani R. Oppenheimer, Keshia M. Tiemann, and Justin K. Victor. Cole F. Heyer was elevated to of counsel.

Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig reported a historic $2 billion in revenue for FY 2021, a 15.8% increase over the previous year and the eighth consecutive year of record revenue. The firm also announced the elevation of 96 attorneys to shareholder and of counsel.

  • Cox is a member of the Litigation Practice. He focuses on complex litigation of all types, defending a variety of clients in personal injury, products liability, and pharmaceutical, medical device, and health care litigation.
  • Heyer is a member of the Immigration & Compliance Practice. He represents domestic and multinational employers before the USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement on virtually all issues that employers may face in the employment context with immigration.
  • Lewis is a member of the Real Estate Practice. He represents clients with respect to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties, as well as fund formation and negotiation of joint ventures and partnerships.   
  • Loncto is a member of the Corporate Practice. He focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, joint ventures, corporate governance, and real estate fund formation.
  • Ng is a member of the Litigation Practice. She defends high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the United States in state and federal courts.
  • Oppenheimer is a member of the Corporate Practice. She represents banks and other financial institutions in a variety of asset-based lending transactions, including loan syndications and participations, revolving and term loan facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements, and acquisition financings.
  • Tiemann is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She defends employers in connection with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, FLSA and state wage and hour law matters, and handles restrictive covenants litigation. Her practice also includes counseling clients on compliance with various federal, state, and local employment laws, employment-related matters in connection with corporate transactions, and other employment-related matters.

Victor is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice He assists clients in complex civil litigation including the misappropriation of trade secrets and enforcing restrictive covenants, as well as class and collective actions arising under the FLSA and related state wage and hour laws.
