Allison Ng defends high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. She has experience litigating lawsuits from single-plaintiff claims to consolidated or coordinated proceedings, concurrent federal and state litigation, multidistrict litigation, class actions, multi-county litigation, and mass-tort litigation. Allison serves as liaison counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in multidistrict litigation and as lead counsel in related state court actions involving ParaGard.
Allison understands the evolving regulatory framework and business issues impacting pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. She collaborates with her team to determine the best course of action for a matter, while balancing the client’s reputation, litigation cost, and potential impact.
Allison strives to make a meaningful impact in her profession and personal life. In her free time, she serves on various bar and community organizations to help increase diversity and to establish a pipeline of diverse candidates for involvement in the legal and local community.

- Serves as liaison counsel defending the largest generic drug manufacturer in a multidistrict litigation involving female contraceptives and lead counsel in related state court cases in Georgia, New Mexico, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and California.
- Key trial team member in an IVC filter products liability case, securing a defense verdict after just 90 minutes of jury deliberations following a nine-day trial with 21 witnesses, all conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Secured a complete dismissal for a Fortune 500 medical device company in a transvaginal mesh case in the U.S. District Court for Oregon, defeating nuanced arguments on COVID-19 tolling and establishing a strong precedent for future defense cases.
- Defended one of world’s largest medical device companies in products liability litigation for life-saving or life-enhancing medical devices, such as insulin pumps, spinal cord stimulators, infusion pumps, and IVF filters.
- Defended a multinational pharmaceutical company in a products liability state coordinated litigation involving hormone replacement therapy.
- Defended a specialty pharmaceutical company in product liability claims involving talcum powder and talc products in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Missouri.
- Served as first chair trial counsel for a Fortune 1000 company in defense of a product liability claim in Fulton County Magistrate Court, Georgia.°
- Defended a restaurant on a food borne illness products liability claim.°
- Defended Fortune Global 500 car manufacturers in products liability litigation involving seat belt and seatback design allegations.°
- Represented an instant noodle soup manufacturer on design defect claims and alleged burn injuries.°
- Defended a large flavoring manufacturer in cases involving diacetyl and bronchiolitis obliterans also known as "popcorn lung".°
- Obtained complete dismissal for a toilet manufacturer involving product liability claims in Georgia state court.°
- Defended a multinational power management company in product liability claims involving electrical fuses.°
