Greenberg Traurig advised GlobalLogic, a US-based provider of software design & engineering services for businesses, with an international team on the acquisition of the German software developer Meelogic Consulting. The transaction was approved by the German Federal Antitrust Office and completed by the parties. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

GlobalLogic has been active in the German and European market for many years. The company has a particularly strong presence in the automotive, medical technology and telecommunications sectors. The acquisition of Meelogic complements GlobalLogic's offering to its customers and expands its delivery footprint further in the high-growth European regions.

Meelogic Consulting was founded in Berlin in 2011. The company develops IT solutions and offers the related engineering services. At its offices in Berlin, Cologne, Stuttgart, Szczecin (Poland) and Bydgoszcz (Poland), an international team works for renowned customers in numerous industries.

Greenberg Traurig has comprehensively advised GlobalLogic on all legal aspects of the M&A transaction. The interdisciplinary team from Germany and Poland advised under the leadership of Henrik Armah.
