WARSAW – 15 June 2022 – Greenberg Traurig acted as legal advisor for a Polish subsidiary of Rentokil Initial plc, a global leader in the pest control sector, in the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in VACO Sp. z o.o., a leading Polish provider of disinfection, disinsectization and deratization services, as well as pest control and prevention solutions, with almost 200 employees.
The transaction was led by Local Partner Michał Bobrzyński, who was supported by Senior Associate Joanna Kuc and Associates Adam Anduła and Maciej Jabłoński. The Greenberg Traurig team also included Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow, Associates Marta Popławska, Wiktoria Grotkowska-Szostak and Krzysztof Popławski as well as Julia Dopierała, Szymon Grudzień and Natalia Potrubacz.
