WARSAW – 18 May 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Panattoni on the acquisition of an undeveloped plot situated in Magnice near Wrocław. Advice on the transaction included negotiation and signing of transaction documents, agreements regulating the planned development and management of the warehouse building as well as agreements regarding the financing of the planned logistics project.
The warehouse facility developed on the acquired property will have a total area of approximately 247,000 sqm.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek, supported by Associates Jakub Gajzler and Jędrzej Antoszewski. Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch provided strategic advice on the transaction.
