Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch is the Managing Partner in the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig. She concentrates her practice on real estate transactions and the financing of real estate projects. She represents developers, project financing banks, institutional clients and real estate funds in construction projects in Poland. She is widely recognized in the real estate market and has been involved in major transactions involving commercial, office, and logistics properties, including the construction of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw, as well as cross-border deals throughout Europe.
Jolanta assists local and international clients investing in real estate in Poland, advising on the structure of transactions, the acquisition and sale of building sites, the preparation of the investment process, and the negotiation and drafting of construction, development, and real estate contracts. She has also been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings in Poland.

- Advised Global Logistic Properties (GLP), a leading global investment manager and business builder in logistics, real estate, insurance and related technologies, on the Polish aspects related to the acquisition of Goodman Group’s Central and Eastern Europe logistics real estate portfolio.
- Advised the WING Group, one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in Hungary, in connection with the indirect acquisition of 55.95% of the shares in Echo Investment S.A., through the acquisition of Lisala sp. z.o.o. owned by Oaktree and PIMCO, from Echo Partners B.V.
- Advised Tritax EuroBox plc, a fund investing in continental European logistics real estate assets, on the acquisition of a technologically advanced logistics facility in Stryków, central Poland, from one of the Panattoni Europe group companies.
- Advised Madison International Realty in connection with the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in Capital Park S.A., the investor in the ArtN complex in the Wola district of Warsaw.
- Advised Madison International Realty in connection with the acquisition of 50% of the Warsaw Spire A office building and a joint-venture agreement with Ghelamco Group.
- Advised Centrum Haffnera Sp. z o.o. in connection with the sale of the Centrum Haffnera commercial and service complex in Sopot, Poland.
- Advised Union Investment Real Estate in connection with the purchase of the Manufaktura shopping center located in Łódź and the Riviera shopping center in Gdynia.°
- Advised RREEF Investment GmbH in connection with the acquisition of the Metropolitan office building in Warsaw.°
- Advised Union Investment Real Estate in connection with the purchase of the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Warsaw.
