Berlin, July 20, 2017 – Greenberg Traurig Germany advised TLG Immobilien AG on the acquisition of the office property “astropark” in Frankfurt. The seller of the building complex is a joint venture of an international fund and the German management team of Barings Real Estate Advisers. Both parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
The property is located at the center of the Niederrad district in Frankfurt and comprises eight floors with a total rental space of approx. 39,300 square meters. The office complex consists of three parts, each of which has two wings arranged in the shape of a star, which enables a flexible division of the spaces. The office property is a so-called “Green Building” with LEED Gold level certification.
Greenberg Traurig Germany advised the buyer on all issues of real estate law relating to the transaction.
