John Wharton is a trial attorney representing clients in litigation involving professional liability, class action defense, products liability, commercial disputes, employment law and trade secret matters. John represents clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. He has first-chaired a bench trial through verdict and represents clients in arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution. He also counsels clients on day-to-day legal issues, advising on strategies for avoiding litigation.
