Ben concentrates on advising on, drafting and negotiating construction contracts including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and related documents.

Ben has experience acting for clients in the construction sector including developers, funders, purchasers, and sellers on commercial real estate matters in the office, industrial, mixed-use, retail and hospitality space as well as industrial portfolio acquisitions and real estate finance transactions.
