Alpha Mind is a UAE-based JV company that owns and manages a global portfolio of experiential lifestyle, food and beverage (F&B), and entertainment brands, created and developed by Addmind. Its portfolio currently comprises seven iconic names – CLAP, Bar Du Port, ONGAKU, Babylon, Sucre, Alma Bar, and Iris (including the Iris Beach House hotel brand). ADMO was established in 2022 as a JV between Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC (ADX: ALPHADHABI) and Monterock International Limited.°
  • Advising Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC on the sale of 49 per cent of the entire share capital of Alpha Dhabi Construction Holding LLC to ADQ Developmental Holding LLC.°
  • Advising Response Plus Medical on its acquisition of the training and consultancy business of U.S.-based, Safeguard Medical.°
  • Advising Cenomi Retail, a Saudi listed company and pioneering retail brand partner, on the SAR 120 million sale of its franchise rights (and related assets) for 18 brands to Abdullah Al-Othaim Fashion Company.°
  • Advising Zaad Capital on its AED 150 million sale of 75 per cent of Basatin Landscaping to Aldar Properties PJSC, the Abu Dhabi based property development, management, and investment company.°
  • Advising noon (a leading e-commerce platform) on its AED 1.23 billion (USD 335.2 million) acquisition of Namshi from Emaar Malls.°
  • Advising Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm and a business of Marsh McLennan, in connection with its acquisition of Booz Allen Hamilton’s strategy consulting business serving the Middle East and North Africa region.°
  • Advising US-based Blackfriars Group on the management buy-out of its UAE electrical distribution business, Sentor Electrical.°
  • Advising a Qatar based hospitality company on its equity investment in a leading UAE based hospitality business with an enterprise value of USD 750m.°
  • Advised a leading takaful insurance provider listed on the Dubai Financial Market on its acquisition of insurance assets from another insurance company.°
  • Advised a group of EMEA and Asian venture capital investors on their Series A Investment in a leading UAE-based sustainable Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand. The Transaction won an Honourable Mention at the 2022 Oath Middle East Legal Awards - Corporate Team of the Year.°
