Alexander L. Nowinski is a member of the Litigation and Health Care Practices in Greenberg Traurig’s Sacramento office. He has a broad background in litigation, licensing, and regulatory affairs, primarily serving employers and health care organizations within California. Alexander’s experience spans federal judicial chambers, the state legislature, assistance of California health plans with issues such as rate litigation, contractual matters, licensing, regulatory affairs, and medical malpractice defense, and representation of employers in various aspects of employment-related disputes at state, federal, and administrative levels.

Alexander began his legal career serving as a federal judicial law clerk in the Eastern District of California, at the California State Assembly Judiciary Committee, and representing public entities in Section 1983 civil rights, employment, and personal injury cases.
