• Represented Insight Partners and its portfolio company, Kaseya Software, in securing a significant equity investment from TPG Capital.°
• Represented Insight Venture Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in leading channel data management company Zyme, in a transaction valued at over $100 million.°
