Jennifer Junger is a commercial litigator who represents companies and individuals in complex business disputes in both federal and state court throughout all phases of litigation ranging from pre-litigation to trial. Jennifer represents clients across various industries in breach of contract, trademark, real estate and property law cases. She also devotes significant time to pro bono cases involving guardianship and name/gender changes for transgender individuals.

Jennifer enjoys getting to know her clients and understand their business so that she can be a better advocate for their unique legal objectives. As a former special education teacher, she is skilled at breaking down complex information into a digestible form, which makes her a strong oral and written advocate. She is strategic, focused, and results driven.
