  • Advised Capstone Advisors, as structuring agent, Banco Nacional de México, as administrative and collateral agent, and a consortium of leading Mexican banks, in connection with a syndicated credit line of up to US$350 million for the refinancing of Pulso Inmobiliario hotels.
  • Legal advice to issuers and bookrunners involved in a range of public offerings of debt certificates.
  • Representation of several development banking institutions in secured loans.°
  • Representation of Naturgy in the issuance of debt certificates publicly offered in the Mexican Stock Exchange under its locally registered program for an aggregate amount of MXN$3,500 million.°
