Kyle Dugan concentrates his practice on complex litigation, including commercial and business disputes, as well as intellectual property matters. Kyle advises clients in the medical device industry, tech sector, construction, and energy fields. Kyle guides his clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-filing, the claims process and initial complaint, through discovery practice, motion practice, and the trial and post-trial phases. Kyle has also defended his clients’ judgments on appeal.
