Jeffrey R. Colin is an experienced litigator with over 15 years of experience in intellectual property matters covering a wide range of technologies and industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biologics, medical devices, financial services, and consumer electronics. Jeffrey has participated in all stages of patent litigation, including pre-litigation diligence, formulation of litigation strategy, overseeing day-to-day case management, overseeing complex e-discovery, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Jeffrey has also provided general intellectual property counseling to clients, conducted due diligence analyses, participated in post-issuance patent proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and drafted freedom to operate opinions.
