TYSONS, Va. – April 24, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Space Vector Corporation in its acquisition by Fisica Applied Technologies, Inc., a portfolio company of Kanders & Company, Inc.
Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Chatsworth, California, Space Vector is a long-standing partner to the aerospace and defense industries that provides aerospace products, including batteries and avionic systems, to government and commercial customers.
The Northern Virginia-based Greenberg Traurig Corporate team was led by Shareholders Timothy J. Jessell and Ryan P. Kelley, Of Counsel Valery K.
