NEW YORK – Jan. 8, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, in connection with its acquisition of ExperiGreen Lawn Care.

Founded in 2016, ExperiGreen provides customized lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, disease treatment, grub control, perimeter pest control, and tree and shrub care. ExperiGreen serves over 140,000 residential customers through a network of branch locations across nine U.S. states (Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast) and two Canadian provinces.

Founded in 1984, Wind Point Partners is a Chicago-based private equity investment firm with ~$7 billion in assets under management. Wind Point focuses on partnering with top-caliber management teams to acquire well-positioned middle-market businesses where it can establish a clear path to value creation. The firm targets investments in the business services, consumer products, and industrial products sectors.

The Greenberg Traurig team that represented Wind Point was led by Ejim P.
