Greenberg Traurig advised real estate investment manager Allianz Real Estate and commercial property developer EDGE on their launch of a EUR 1.3 billion program to build and develop a series of smart and CRREM-sustainable office assets in Germany’s top four cities (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt). The program will be realized on behalf of several Allianz Group companies and Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK), Germany's largest public-law pension group and an established co-investor for Allianz. During the development phase, the program will be managed jointly by Allianz Real Estate and EDGE, and post completion by Allianz Real Estate.
