FLORHAM PARK, NJ – April 25, 2019 – Kristine J. Feher, a Labor & Employment shareholder, and Rebecca Zisek, a Litigation associate, of global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP’s New Jersey office, will be honored at New Jersey Law Journal’s (NJLJ) Professional of Excellence Awards on June 12. According to NJLJ the awards recognize “lawyers who have left an indelible mark on the legal community in New Jersey and beyond through their unwavering dedication to the profession.”
Feher will be honored as a Mentor, a category for attorneys who “take those around them to the next level,” according to NJLJ. Zisek will be honored as a New Leader of the Bar, which according to NJLJ is for attorneys, “who bring both notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table.”

Feher focuses her practice on representing employers and managers in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge cases arising under employment laws. In addition, she litigates wage payment and overtime compensation claims (including class actions) under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws. She also has wide-ranging experience in breach of contract, emotional distress, fraud, and many other employment-related claims; and counsels franchisors regarding employment issues, including avoiding joint employer status with franchisees.
Zisek focuses her practice on litigation matters, regularly representing clients in class actions and other complex commercial disputes. She represents clients in a range of industries, including banking and financial services, hospitality, communications, and technology.
