Implicaciones de la regla final de FTC al prohibir los acuerdos de no competir en ambos lados de la frontera MEX-USA

Valery Dayne García Zavala, associate at Greenberg Traurig in Mexico City, will participate as a speaker at the event Implications of the FTC's Final Rule Prohibiting Non-Compete Agreements, on Both Sides of the MEX-USA Border, organized by the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico (ICC). The event will take place on October 22 in a hybrid event format at the Four Seasons hotel in the Mexico City and via zoom.
