Florida Chamber's Environmental Permitting Summer School Conference

As part of the Florida Chamber Foundation’s ongoing effort to keep its members and other business organizations informed of the numerous environmental and growth management laws and regulations affecting Florida’s citizens and businesses, the Environmental Permitting Summer School Conference is a seminar for Florida’s environmental and growth management audience. The Florida Chamber Foundation focuses on identifying solutions to challenges facing Florida. This conference is attended by more than 1,250 attorneys, consultants, engineers, state and local government officials, developers, landowners, and others with a strong interest in environmental issues in Florida.

The programs feature a unique “break-out” format and are substantially revised and updated each year to afford the most advanced and current instruction available on Florida’s environmental, energy, and growth management laws, rules, and programs.  Greenberg Traurig Attorneys will participate in the following conference panels:

"NEPA, CWA, and ESA Updates on Evolving Regulations and Policies Under the Biden Administration"
"Avoiding Public Hearing Pitfalls: Preparation, Presentation, and Legal Challenges"
"Florida Brownfields a Comprehensive Technical, Regulatory, and Legal Update"
"Federal Environmental Regulation and Enforcement Update"
"Environmental Permits Under Attack: Preparing for and Defending Your Permits and Other Approvals"
