Berlin Litigation Circle

In January, the Litigation Circle, organised by the chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, European and International Private and Procedural Law, and Comparative Law at Humboldt University, will be held at GT for the first time. Shareholder Niklas Conrad will welcome the participants, and Prof. Dr Bettina Rentsch, junior professor of Civil Law, Private International Law, and Comparative Law at the FU, will report on an international research project in the field of international arbitration. This will be followed by an exchange of experiences.
