The Education Law Center (ELC) will discuss education civil rights cases, led by their office, involving school discipline and special education. The CLE and pro bono seminar, titled "Representing Students in Education Civil Rights Cases," will be led by Greenberg Traurig Equal Justice Works Fellow Zoe Masters and Senior Attorney in the Philadelphia office of ELC Margie Wakelin.
This lunchtime seminar will provide insight into potential pro bono opportunities with ELC as well as inform attendees of the need for pro bono support in education to help children thrive in school.
Since 1975, Education Law Center has worked to ensure access to a quality public education for all children in Pennsylvania with a focus on underserved scholars.
