On Thursday, October 20, Greenberg Traurig Shareholders and leaders of the firm's Chambers USA Band 1 Retail Industry Group and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice, John R. Richards, Lily M. McNulty, Jena M. Valdetero, and David A. Zetoony will present the ACC of Central Ohio's two-part employment and privacy CLE, "Latest Trends in Data Privacy & Helping Managers to Mitigate Employment Risks," at the Columbus Country Club in Columbus, Ohio. The program will begin with how companies can train and motivate management to translate employment policies effectively into practice to mitigate employment risk and invest in their own success; followed by a presentation covering new laws and emerging issues arising out of the ever-growing privacy landscape.
