WARSAW, 10 December 2021 – Greenberg Traurig acted as legal counsel to the investment banks in the initial public offering of shares in STS Holding S.A. and the admission of its shares to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The value of the shares sold in the IPO was almost PLN 1.1 billion including the over-allotment shares. The IPO of STS Holding included a retail and institutional public offering in Poland as well as an institutional offering for investors outside of Poland in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice with respect to Polish, English and American law in connection with the preparation and execution of the IPO. Greenberg Traurig advised Goldman Sachs and UBS, acting as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, mBank and PKO BP Biuro Maklerskie, as Joint Bookrunners and investment firms intermediating in the public offering of the securities and WOOD & Company as a Joint Bookrunner.
