Anna Celejewska-Rajchert is a member of the Competition Law team at the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw Office. She assists Polish and foreign clients in all aspects of competition and consumer law. She also represents undertakings in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in cases involving anticompetitive practices, practices violating the collective interests of consumers and merger control proceedings as well as in subsequent court proceedings. Anna has also represented companies in administrative proceedings and in proceedings before administrative courts, in particular in the railway sector. Anna has advised on IT projects concerning implementation and service contracts.

- Advised Unimot capital group in merger control proceedings before the OCCP concerning the acquisition of Lotos Terminale S.A. by Grupa Lotos S.A.
- Advised CVC Capital Partners on the competition law aspects of the sale of 100% of the shares in PKP Energetyka S.A. to PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. including merger control advice.
- Advised Agora in merger control proceedings before the UOKiK and SOKiK in connection with the acquisition of Eurozet. The proceedings ended before the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, which dismissed the UOKiK's appeal and confirmed the approval of the acquisition of Eurozet.
- Represented Fundusz Sektora Mieszkań dla Rozwoju FIZAN and PKP S.A. in merger control proceedings before the OCCP concerning the intention to create five joint ventures dedicated to construction projects.°
- Represented a company from the FMCG sector in merger control proceedings before the OCCP.°
- Advised a company from the media sector in merger control proceedings before the OCCP.°
- Advised PKP CARGO S.A. in proceedings before the OCPP concerning the acquisition of PS Trade Trans Sp. z o.o.°
- Advised on merger control proceedings before the European Commission concerning a joint venture in the construction industry (offshore wind farms).°
- Advised PKP CARGO S.A. and Jinan Railway Vehicles Equipment Corporation Limited on merger control proceedings before the OCCP concerning the intention to create a joint venture.°
- Advised ZE PAK in antitrust proceedings before the OCCP in relation to a joint wind farm project with Ørsted.
- Advised WING Group and Griffin Capital Partners in proceedings before OCCP relating to their joint venture for the purpose of acquisition of a 60 percent stake in Berlin-based property developer BAUWERT AG.
- Represented PKP CARGO S.A. in antitrust proceedings before the OCCP concerning abuse of a dominant position.°
- Represented PKP CARGO S.A. in antitrust proceedings before the OCCP and in appeal proceedings before the Polish Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, and subsequently before the Court of Appeal concerning a fine for non-compliance with the decision of the OCCP.°
- Represented an entity from the postal services sector in antitrust proceedings before the OCCP concerning bid rigging.°
- Advised a telecoms company on proceedings before the OCCP concerning possible violations of the collective interests of consumers.°
