• Advised CVC Capital Partners on the competition law aspects of the sale of 100% of the shares in PKP Energetyka S.A. to PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. including merger control advice.
• Advised Agora in merger control proceedings before the UOKiK and SOKiK in connection with the acquisition of Eurozet. The proceedings ended before the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, which dismissed the UOKiK's appeal and confirmed the approval of the acquisition of Eurozet.
• Represented Fundusz Sektora Mieszkań dla Rozwoju FIZAN and PKP S.A. in merger control proceedings before the OCCP concerning the intention to create five joint ventures dedicated to construction projects.°
