Affinity Groups
Forums for All
GT formed Affinity Groups to address the needs of our diverse workforce of attorneys and professionals. We continually explore opportunities to expand these groups as needs and demographics dictate.
Some of our Affinity Groups include:

- Somos GT - Latino Affinity Group

- Greenberg Traurig's Women’s Initiative
We utilize our Affinity Groups in many ways: as forums for professional and business development, as resources for recruitment and retention assistance, and as social exchanges. The goals we wish to accomplish through Affinity Groups include:
- Fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Mentoring of junior attorneys within specific groups
- Recruiting and retaining diverse attorneys
- Encouraging active participation in organizations addressing specific groups
- Exploring issues and opportunities that will add value to client relationships
