Greenberg Traurig’s Government Law & Policy Practice Named Among City & State’s 2022 Top 5 New York State Lobbyists List

NEW YORK- Aug. 30, 2022Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s New York State Government Law & Policy (GLP) Practice was named as among the top five on City & State’s 2022 “Top 60 New York State Lobbyists” list.

According to the publication, “the annual top lobbyists list highlights the government affairs firms that are bringing in the largest share of that pot. The figures are based on an analysis of compensation figures reported to the Joint Commission on Public Ethics, the state body since rebooted as the state Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government.”

City & State’s Top 60 Lobbyist profile featured Greenberg Traurig’s ability to help clients navigate New York government during a change in mayoral and gubernatorial leadership. The profile also notes the firm’s pro bono representation of the Joyful Heart Foundation to obtain passage of legislation that would implement a statewide electronic tracking system for sexual assault kits.
