ABA Business Law Spring Meeting 2025

The American Bar Association is hosting its 2025 Business Law Spring Meeting from April 24 - April 26 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, LA. Legal professionals including managing partners, in-house counsel, government regulators, judges, and top practitioners from all over will be in attendance. 

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Jonathan Bing will be speaking at a Showcase CLE program titled "What to Expect from the New Administration" on April 24.

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Will Wagner will be speaking at a CLE program titled "Navigating the Shift: How State Legislative Trends Affect Corporate and Business Lawyers" on April 25.

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Reena Bajowala will be speaking on the session "The New Administration’s Strategy on AI, Cyber, and FinTech Policy Cyber and Technology Law Chair" with Jon Garon on April 25 from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm CT. Reena will also be speaking on April 26 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am during the program "Deepfakes for Good: Managing Risks, Protecting Clients When Using AI-Powered Digital Replicas Cyber and Technology Law Co-chairs" and will be joined by Lois Mermelstein and Lisa Lifshitz.

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Arleen Nand, joined by Law Clerk Daniel Albarrán García, will be presenting during the Lending Subcommittee of the ABA Banking Law Committee Meeting on a session titled "Commercial Loan Documentation Trends" on April 24 at 2:00 pm CT.
