Greenberg Traurig Represents Gaming & Entertainment Management – Illinois, LLC in Business Combination with Eureka Entertainment, LLC

CHICAGO – March 13, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Gaming & Entertainment Management – Illinois, LLC (GEM Gaming), a subsidiary of global hospitality and entertainment company Delaware North, in its business combination with Eureka Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Universal Gaming Group and the accompanying credit facility.

The newly combined business, Universal GEM Gaming, LLC, is now the fourth-largest video gaming operator in Illinois.

The Chicago-based team from Greenberg Traurig’s Gaming Practice was led by Shareholder Terence M. Dunleavy and included Associate Brenden P. Dunleavy.
