Greenberg Traurig Advises OTB Ventures on Series A Financing Round in Apheris AI

BERLIN – Jan. 28, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised OTB Ventures in its role as lead investor in the Series A financing round of the Berlin startup Apheris AI.

The US$ 8.25 million financing round was led by OTB Ventures together with eCAPITAL and included existing investors Octopus Ventures and Heal Capital. Apheris AI’s total financing increased to US$ 20.8 million.

Berlin-based startup Apheris offers AI model training and statistical analyses on distributed data sets without the sets leaving the original data owner. This ensures data protection and the preservation of data intellectual property.

OTB Ventures is a pan-European deep-tech venture capital fund specializing in Series A and late seed rounds.
