Greenberg Traurig Advised Madison International Realty on the Capital Park MBO

WARSAW – 21 December 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., on the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.

As a result of the transaction, Madison will continue to control the companies that own the Norblin Factory and Royal Wilanów in a joint venture with the managers and Europi Property Group. Greenberg Traurig also previously advised Madison on the delisting of Capital Park from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Advice on the financing aspects of the transaction was provided by Senior Associate Iga Czerniak and Associate Natalia Skomorowska.
