Experience

  • Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and service building in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was approx. EUR 79 million.
  • Participated in the work for Ghelamco in connection with the sale of the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels located in The HUB complex in Warsaw to the French real estate fund Corum XL managed by Corum Asset Management.
  • Participated in the work for Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., in connection with the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.
  • Participated in the work for Echo Investment in connection with the sale of My Place II (Moje Miejsce II) office complex in Warsaw to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The transaction value was EUR 45 million.
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław with a total lease area of 38,178 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of properties located in Skawina near Kraków. Advice on the transaction included negotiating and signing of the development management agreement with MDC2.
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a logistics park located near Tricity, just over 20 km from the airport and 8 km from the Port of Gdynia, with a total lease area of 46,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Echo Investment on the sale of MidPoint 71, an office building located in Wrocław, to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The value of the transaction exceeded EUR 100 million.
  • Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was EUR 121 million.
  • Participated in the work for EQT Exeter, the real estate division of EQT Group AB, in connection with the acquisition of shares in a company owning a logistics property located near Wrocław.
  • Participated in the work for leading German and Korean funds with respect to the acquisition of a new high-standard office building in Warsaw.°
  • Participated in the work for a leading international logistics developer with respect to multiple legal due diligence processes.°
