PHOENIX – July 18, 2023 – Quinn Williams, shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Phoenix office, has been elected to serve on the Catholic Charities Community Services board of directors. Williams will serve a three-year term.
Catholic Charities Community Services is based in central and northern Arizona and provides care for vulnerable people through foster care, early education, affordable housing, veteran services, refugee resettlement, and homeless outreach programs, according to the organization.

A member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice, Williams focuses his legal practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions, and advising on the formation and funding of emerging companies. He serves as corporate counsel for private companies and was formerly general counsel of an international retail franchisor. Williams advises boards on capital formation, governance, and compliance issues.
