Greenberg Traurig advised Garbe Institutional Capital (GARBE) on the purchase of "The Lab" complex in the Technology and Science Park in Berlin-Adlershof. The production and laboratory ensemble comprises seven buildings with approximately 19,000 square meters of leasable space. The seller and sole user is the Institute for Product Quality (IfP), which leases the buildings back on a long-term basis.

The purchase is intended for the open-ended real estate special fund GARBE Science and Technology Real Estate Fund 1, which GARBE launched together with the financial investment management service company Intreal.
