LOS ANGELES – Jan. 27, 2015 – Richard F. Davis, co-chair of the Hospitality Group and shareholder in the Los Angeles office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at The Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) Tuesday, Jan. 27, on the Acquisitions Track: “Cross-Border Real Estate Investment – Issues to Consider While Getting the Deal Done.” The conference will be held in Los Angeles from Jan. 26-28.

Davis has more than 30 years of experience in the global recreational and resort real estate industry. He counsels owners, developers, investors, operators, lenders, and advisors in connection with major global hospitality industry projects. He is a trustee of the American Resort Development Association, board member of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Recreational Product Council, the Association of Mexican Tourism Developers, and the Caribbean Hotel Association. He has been involved in international transactions involving more than 17 countries with particular emphasis on Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, the People's Republic of China, South East Asia and Europe.
