Greenberg Traurig leverages its global platform to provide strategic legal counsel to established women and diverse hotel owners and operators. To provide additional support, Greenberg Traurig works with like-minded organizations including She Has a Deal (SHaD) and Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association (BLLA) among others to connect women and diverse hotel owners and investors to attorneys, industry leaders, and other hospitality business professionals through this initiative, Hospitality and Equality Redefined through Empowerment (H.E.R.E.).

Through H.E.R.E., led by GT Shareholder Samantha Ahuja, GT supports the community of potential women and diverse hotel owners by breaking down barriers and providing access to the firm’s diverse and experienced lawyers. Drawing on some of the firms’ most robust industry groups, including Hospitality, Real Estate, Food & Beverage, and Intellectual Property members.
