Greater Philadelphia Martin Luther King Day of Service

Greenberg Traurig proudly joins the tens of thousands of volunteers who will fan across the region and participate in hundreds of community service projects of every size and scope, touching and elevating neighbors and neighborhoods as part of the 29th annual Greater Philadelphia Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, proclaimed as the largest such King Day event in the nation. What started as a humble project of 1,000 people in 1996 since has swollen to nearly 200,000 participants of all ages. The firm's Philadelphia-based lawyers and staff will serve at the day's signature site at Girard College, drafting thank-you notes to distribute to area poll workers during the 2024 election cycle, part of a civic engagement project sponsored by the Committee of 70.
