GT & UNLV - 2019 Summit for Corporate Governance

Greenberg Traurig and the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law are proud to host the Summit for Corporate Governance on Friday, November 8th, 2019. Board of directors today must face an abundance of issues in imperative areas of corporate governance including obligations and oversight commitments, risk oversight and responsibility, engagement with activist stockholders, correspondences and social media, board composition and diversification, and executive and board compensation.
