Flora R. Perez focuses her practice on advising public companies on corporate and securities matters, public securities offerings, asset-backed financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She is experienced counseling boards and senior management on a variety of legal issues including corporate governance, executive compensation, SEC reporting, compliance, strategic business initiatives, commercial matters, and employment.
