Noah M. Woo focuses on labor and employment litigation and counseling matters. He represents employers in state and federal courts, handling wage and hour class actions, including Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases, and single-plaintiff cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, denial of accommodations and leaves, and wage and hour violations.

- Prevailed on motions for summary adjudication against two former truck drivers on behalf of nationwide retail company dismissing FEHA-based employment claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodations and engage in the interactive process, violation of the California Family Rights Act, and unfair competition.°
