• Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW.
• Participated in the work for Allianz in connection with the acquisition of Aviva’s operations in Poland and Lithuania for over EUR 2.5 billion.
• Participated in the work for Goldman Sachs and UBS, acting as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, mBank and PKO BP Biuro Maklerskie, as Joint Bookrunners and investment firms intermediating in the public offering of the securities and WOOD & Company as a Joint Bookrunner, in connection with the IPO of shares in STS Holding S.A. on the WSE (the transaction value exceeded PLN 1.1 billion).
• Participated in the work for Goldman Sachs, Citi, Trigon Dom Maklerski, acting as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, Numis Securities Limited as a Joint Bookrunner and mBank as a Co-Manager of the offering, in connection with the IPO of shares in Grupa Pracuj S.A. on the WSE (the transaction value exceeded PLN 1.1 billion).
• Participated in the work for the Polsat Group in connection with the acquisition of the Interia Group.
• Participated in the work for GLP in connection with Polish employee aspects in a transaction consisting of acquiring a logistics portfolio belonging to the Goodman Group.
• Participated in the work for WING Group in connection with the indirect acquisition of 55.95% of shares in Echo Investment S.A.
• Participated in the work for Deutsche Bank AG in connection with the sale, by means of division by spin-off, of part of Deutsche Bank Polska's banking activity to Santander Bank Polska.
• Participated in the work for the BNP Paribas Group in connection with the acquisition of the core banking activity of Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. by division.
• Participated in the work for the ITI Group in connection with the sale of a majority stake in TVN to Scripps Networks Interactive.°
• Participated in the work for PKP Polish State Railways in connection with the sale of PKP Energetyka.
• Participated in the work for PKP Cargo, a provider of logistics services in the field of railway cargo transport, in connection with the acquisition of the rail assets of the Orlen Group.°
• Participated in the work for Wirtualna Polska Holding in connection with the acquisition of Allani, a technology company operating in the fashion e-commerce sector.°

• Participated in the work for Showmax in relation to employment restructuring connected with the termination of VOD activity in Poland and the liquidation of the company, including establishing the terms of termination of contracts with employees and contractors and the preparation of comprehensive documents regarding the termination of contracts for all persons subject to restructuring.
• Participated in the work for Techland in connection with the merger of companies within the capital group and related employee aspects, including the process of communication with employees and contractors.

• Participated in the work for a leading producer of sweet snacks in connection with further stages of a collective dispute with a trade union regarding the issues of remuneration, working time and social benefits, concluded by mediation and an agreement between the union and the employer.
• Participated in the work for a leading alcohol producer in connection with providing support during negotiations with a trade union concerning the temporary suspension of a collective dispute and analysis of the conditions of suspension of a collective dispute.

• Participated in work for clients from various sectors of the economy, in particular real estate and financial institutions, in connection with drafting management contracts.°

• Participated in work for clients from various sectors of the economy in connection with disputes with employees, contractors and senior management, including representing clients in court proceedings and participating in advising on the conclusion of court and out-of-court settlements.
