Andrea Nieto is an accomplished Labor & Employment attorney who has navigated the complexities of labor law for employers and large corporations for just under a decade in jurisdictions across the U.S. Along with assisting employers with investigations before the EEOC, OSHA, and FCHR, she represents employers in disputes regarding restrictive covenants and alleged discriminatory practices in both state and federal court. She also provides employment training.

Andrea has closely followed the evolution of generative AI technology and its impact on the human resource function and employers. Her insightful analysis on the legal implications of AI in the workplace have made her a resource for corporations seeking to integrate AI responsibly while ensuring fair labor practices.

Andrea is a leadership facilitator in her role as a national volunteer for the Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega. She is passionate about the mission of helping women at all stages in their lives in leadership development and life skills.

Prior to joining GT, she served as a federal clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida giving her an inside understanding of the court system and the litigation process, and litigated ERISA, life insurance, and disability insurance disputes.
