Zachary Kimmel is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace matters including navigating compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, litigating unfair labor practice charges, shepherding companies through the union representation petition process, advising on labor relations for full or partially organized workforces, defending companies against class and collective actions, internal investigations, and counseling public, private, and nonprofit entities on a range of workplace matters. Those include issues concerning the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, state wage payment laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, and analogous state anti-discrimination laws.
