Camilla Di Fonzo advises domestic and international clients, active in the fields of fashion and luxury, media and entertainment, life science, and food, on the protection of intellectual property rights in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

She assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the acquisition, licensing, distribution, and exploitation of intellectual property rights, franchising, co-branding, and merchandising agreements.

Camilla has gained particular experience in the field of advertising, marketing and commercial communication, brand reputation protection, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability. Her practice also includes assessment and clearance of advertising campaigns, trademarks, labels, packaging; and negotiation and drafting of sponsorship, agency, product placement, and influencer marketing agreements.

Camilla also assists clients in court proceedings regarding the invalidity and counterfeiting of trademarks, copyright, patents, and design, as well as unfair competition and misleading and comparative advertising.
