Naomi G. Beer is Co-Chair of the firm's Global Labor & Employment Practice and Co-Managing Shareholder of the Denver office. She is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on managing complex engagements. Naomi has over 25 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of complex, class action and multi-district litigation and has served as national counsel for clients faced with related proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and forums. Naomi also frequently counsels clients faced with complex problems with a focus on risk mitigation and resolving issues. Naomi works with public and privately held clients involved in the retail, restaurant, energy and manufacturing industries. Coordinated pretrial, trial and appellate proceedings, including written, document and electronic discovery, depositions, motions practice, class certification, settlement proceedings and overall strategy.

- Acted as co-lead counsel for Fortune 50 company in MDL proceeding involving more than 40 class actions alleging deceptive trade practices in connection with the sale of motor fuel.
- Represented Fortune 50 company in proceedings related to alleged violations of immigration laws, including governmental and internal investigations, related civil litigation and advice regarding ongoing compliance programs.
- Represented Fortune 50 company in internal and governmental investigations and related civil litigation relating to alleged misconduct by senior company executives.
- Obtained a complete defense verdict after a seven-week jury trial in a case of first impression arising out of the rupture of an interstate natural gas transmission pipeline.
- Represented major energy company in federal, state (trial and appellate) and governmental proceedings arising out of pipeline rupture. Coordinated of all aspects of discovery with respect to DOJ, NTSB and civil proceedings.
- Obtained verdict in excess of $26 million on behalf of multinational mining company on claims arising out of defective mining equipment.
