LOS ANGELES – Aug. 22, 2024 – Charles (Jeff) Biederman joins moderator Mathew S. Rosengart, both shareholders of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, at the inaugural 2024 Entertainment Law Summit hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association Aug. 23 at the Skirball Cultural Center.
Biederman will speak on the panel titled “Music Industry Legal Update,” which includes Peter Anderson, partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and Bill Hochberg and Rami S. Yanni, both partners at Raines Feldman LLP.
Rosengart will moderate a CLE panel, titled “Trends and Hot Button Issues for Entertainment Lawyers and Litigators,” includes speakers Niloofar Bina Shepherd, deputy general counsel, Litigation & Employment at CAA; Courtney Braun, chief legal officer at Endeavor; Carlos Goodman, partner and founder of Goodman Genow, et al.; and Camille M. Vasquez, partner at Sheppard Mullin.
Biederman is a versatile entertainment attorney based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He regularly advises clients in the music, film, television, branding, fashion, advertising, and digital media spheres. Biederman has worked on more than $2 billion in aggregate music catalog deals in recent years, and his clients include recording artists, producers, composers, managers, and executives in the music industry. He has previously been recognized in Variety magazine’s Legal Impact Report and Billboard magazine’s Top Music Lawyers list.
