Warsaw Law Students

The Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig operates under the name GREENBERG TRAURIG Nowakowska-Zimoch Wysokiński sp.k. and currently has a team of 100 lawyers, many of whom are recognized leaders in their fields by both foreign and Polish law firm rankings (Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, IFLR1000, EMEA Legal 500 and Rzeczpospolita).

Our office offers a wide range of legal services to clients including: M&A, capital markets, private equity, real estate, financial restructuring, project finance, litigation and arbitration, tax structuring, competition and consumer protection, intellectual property, labor law, and bankruptcy proceedings.

We recruit law students from Polish universities for paralegal/intern positions.

We do not run a regular summer program. We want our students to be with us for longer-term cooperation. When we recruit junior lawyers, we always start by looking at our best interns. Some of our current shareholders started their careers as a paralegal with us.

A paralegal’s duties include day-to-day assignments such as liaising with courts, legal, tax and regulatory authorities, and preparing transaction documents and correspondence. Our paralegals are valuable members of the team.
