Jacob Nunziato Warren is an associate in the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Jacob represents clients in a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, joint ventures and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, residential, multifamily and industrial properties. Jacob drafts and reviews agreements for purchases, sales, and refinances of real estate assets and manages large portfolio transactions from inception to closing.
